Found With Purpose
Charities matter. But unless someone needs your service, most people are not actively looking for you.
My job is to make sure the right people find you at the right moment. Donors, supporters, professionals, families, and partners who are already searching for help, answers, or somewhere to give.
I work with charity leaders to make their websites clear, credible, and visible across search engines, maps, recommendations, directories, and increasingly AI-driven systems. Not for attention. For impact.
“I don’t advise charities from the outside. I run one, sit on trustee boards, and deal with funding pressure, governance, and visibility every day.”
Why I Understand the Charity World
I know the charity sector from the inside, not the outside.
I am the founder and CEO of MANUP?, a nationally recognised men’s mental health charity. I built it from nothing, from an idea to nationwide visibility. We fund research, support other charities, and deliver fully funded retreats for men who need them.
Alongside this, I am a trustee of a family-focused charity and a charity dedicated to male suicide research. That means living the realities of governance, safeguarding, compliance, and accountability, not just talking about them.
Charities operate under constant pressure. Limited resources. Tight budgets. Competitive funding rounds. Trustee scrutiny. And the responsibility to support people who may need help right now. I have sat in those meetings. I have made those decisions. I understand what is at stake.
That is why I approach digital visibility the same way a charity CEO, trustee, or funder does. Not as a marketing exercise or a set of buzzwords, but as a practical way for the right people to find your charity, trust it, and act when it matters most.
What to expect
Charities do not struggle because they lack passion. They struggle because attention is scarce, budgets are tight, and most people only look for you when they need you.
I work with charity leaders who want their website to do its job properly. That means being clear, credible, and visible to the people who are already searching for support, information, or a cause they trust.
This is not about chasing vanity metrics or ticking marketing boxes. It is about making sure your charity is found at the right moment, understood quickly, and trusted enough for someone to act.
You work directly with me. I take responsibility for direction and priorities, while you stay involved where it matters. The goal is simple. A website that supports your mission, not one that just exists.
